- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would give it a zero if i could. Ive missed two packages in a row. Both times i got a notice saying they missed me but i was home. Strange. Nobody rang the doorbell or knocked. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would give USPS less than 1 star if that was an option. This place is a joke. I sent out very important documents & they lost it. I keep reaching out to them asking where my package is, but I'm always on hold for 1+ hours & was hung up on after waiting 45+ minutes. When I do get ahold of someone, the lady wouldn't answer my questions, instead she took down my information & gave me a case number, but still won't tell me where my package is. I didn't even get a tracking # prior to sending out my mail so I have no way to figure out where my package is.By Karli f, December 29, 2016
